USE OF THE CLINIC LOCATOR
The Clinic Locator is provided by SpectruMed Inc. as a reference for demographic, contact details, and professional information about the accredited clinics that offer the devices and products that we are exclusively distributing in the Philippines.
Providers are not compensated and are not charged to be listed in the directory, and the Clinic Locator is free of charge to every user who is accessing our website. Any distinction ascribed to providers listed in this Clinic Locator is a reflection of sales. The use of the Clinic Locator by any entity or individual to verify the credentials of listed providers is prohibited.
You agree and accept that you assume sole and full responsibility for communications with any provider. SpectruMed Inc. is not liable to the provider, user, or anyone for any decision made or action taken in reliance on Clinic Locator information. The information about Clinic Locator may change and SpectruMed Inc. may be unaware of such changes. Therefore, changes may not be reflected in the data presented in the Clinic Locator.
By using the Clinic Locator, you agree to the following:
1. Represents and warrants that the user’s use of the Clinic Locator and any of its content or information will be in accordance with Terms and Conditions, with any applicable laws and regulations, and with any other applicable policy or terms and conditions;

4. Acknowledges and agrees that the information contained therein belongs exclusively to SpectruMed Inc. pursuant to the government law.
5. Agrees to the foregoing Terms and Conditions, which may from time to time be changed. To reiterate, if a user does not agree to the foregoing, the user cannot use the Clinic Locator.
PRODUCTS & DEVICES
This website contains references and descriptions of devices and products that SpectruMed Inc. has filed for and/or received clearances from the Food and Drug Authority (FDA) in the Philippines. Users are not granted any license or right in any such technology.
All content on the website including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, animations, and software is the property of SpectruMed Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and treaty provisions.
