From Clarteis in France, SpectruMed invited Ms. Cecilia Flaissier (Export Sales Manager), and Ms. Valentine Cadet (Export Sales Developer) to join the Excimer 308nm Light for Skin Health, Exciplex® Users’ Meeting at the SpectruMed Experience Center in Makati City last April 17, 2023.
Along with key representatives from some of the country’s biggest and most renowned hospitals, SpectruMed has once again hosted another exclusive breakthrough event. On this rare occasion, SpectruMed was able to bring together Exciplex® users from East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC), Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center (JRRMMC), Makati Medical Center (MMC), and Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM).
For this meeting, Ms. Flaissier and Ms. Cadet shared their expertise and knowledge regarding the newest protocols and upgrades on the Exciplex® device. The doctors who were in attendance also got the chance to try Exciplex® and help volunteer patients through a product demonstration led by SpectruMed’s very own clinical team.

The country’s biggest collaboration in the field of medical dermatology just happened this year! SpectruMed, Clarteis, and EAMC – Department of Dermatology, brought together “exciPLEX® MO YAN! Libreng Light Therapy Handog ng EAMC at SpetcruMed”. Patients with autoimmune skin disorders were able to try the Exciplex® treatment for FREE at EAMC last April 18, 2023.
To spread the word regarding this exciting program, SpectruMed has sent out an open invitation to the public and posted it across relevant social media groups. Successfully, many patients across diverse backgrounds and ages were able to register and attend the event.
The patients waited for their turns as they sat in the room and they all looked forward to being treated by the doctors. They also had a free consultation and discussed their concerns with the doctors who were present on-site.
The main goal of this program was to extend help to patients who needed the Exciplex® treatment the most. These patients had been dealing with skin vitiligo, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, alopecia areata, and mycosis fungoides.
To give the patients more information about Exciplex, Ms. Cecilia Flaissier prepared a short presentation about the benefits of the treatment and what it can also do for their skin condition. In the end, we were very happy to see the smiles of the patients after the event.

Moreover, Dr. Shah Swapnil is an Indian-based dermatologist who has received various significant achievements and recognitions. He was recognized as the first Indian dermatologist invited to the Annual Congress of ASLMS in Denver in 2019.
For being first in the M.D. examination of the university, Dr. Shah Swapnil won the Dr. Gokhale prize. He also co-authored the best paper at the 2018-2019 IADVL Annual Conference. With his vast knowledge and proven expertise in dermatology, Dr. Shah Swapnila conducted various seminars and training programs all over the world.
