PRODUCT MANAGER (DERMA FILLERS)

Job Description:

  • Set up a dynamic sales team for a new generation Derma Filler.
  • Achieve Sales Target.
  • Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with the overall objectives
  • Engage with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product
  • Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize
    product success
  • Assess market dynamics to adapt the product strategy as needed
  • Perform actual sales to key clients
  • Ensure that the product complies with all relevant regulatory requirements and
    standards.
  • Understand the medical aesthetics market, including trends, regulations, and competitive
    landscape

Qualifications/Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Graduate of any Medical related field/Business course
  • At least 5 years working experience in dermal fillers, composition, applications and
    market trends
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry, particularly in the area
    of dermatology, aesthetics or medical devices
  • Experience in managing a team

SERVICE DIRECTOR

Job Description:

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain quality service standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer service experience and
    satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the service
    department
  • Train and mentor service staff to deliver high quality service
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of service department programs and metrics
  • Establishing customer service policies and procedures
  • Strategic planning and quality assurance

Qualifications/Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Graduate of any relevant course (ECE-an advantage)
  • At least 10 years working experience or similar role preferably from Medical
    equipment/Telecom/Logistics
  • 5-10 years’ experience of managing a technical team of at least 10-20 engineers/
    Technicians in Telecom or medical equipment supplier/ distributor who supply’s and
    maintain variety of equipment, with a big client’s base.

PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  • To sell medical devices / injectable products for the aesthetic/gynecology/orthopedic markets
  • To achieve the assigned product sales quota
  • Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability
  • Achieve product growth targets in the assigned account base
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

Qualifications/Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related disciplines such as economics/management/marketing
  • A nursing degree or related field is a plus
  • 2 years of relevant experience as a Medical Representative
  • Preferably with sales experience in one or more of these areas: aesthetic/gynecology/orthopedic
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • With strong customer relation skills

PRODUCT MANAGER FOR ORTHOPEDIC PRODUCTS

Job Description:

  • At least 5 years of experience selling orthopedic and rehab devices/products
  • Deep knowledge and familiarization of the market
  • Relevant sales team managing experience
